The Ordering Process

Please note we only deliver and operate within Australia.  We DO NOT trade to the international market at the moment.

As with any handmade products, invitations card also need time and care to ensure the quality of the invites is optimal.  I would take a period of 4 – 6 months time to complete the invitations.

Step 1: Take a look at the different designs
Step 2: Get in touch with us via email or phone with the design you love and other information regarding your invitations of your special day.
Step 3: If you are happy with our design and wishing to proceed we will require a deposit of 50 % deposit. We will draft up a formal tax invoice and receipt and email this to you as proof of order.
Step 4: We will start making a sample for you to view, this will allow you to proof read to ensure you are happy with the information on the invitation before we proceed with making the entire order.
Step 5:  We will then contact you and inform you of the order being ready and finalised the remaining payment.
Step 6: Once the remaining payment is made.  We will then ship to you using Australia Post – inclusive in cost for standard postage and extra if you want it expressed post.
Step 7: Get in touch post your big day and let us know how you went, we would love to see how beautiful the day was.
